I was getting this error when I tried to shut down the computer.

I tried starting outlook in safe mode and the error did not then occur at shut down.

Back in regular mode, I went to help -> detect and repair -> start

I was asked for the original install disk. I put that in, it did it’s thing and the error was gone.
